Vale UK Limited have worked with Sports Direct as a Principal Contractor to deliver their programme year on year for over 20 years. Our projects have included a number of major conversions, fit outs, extensions and refit projects carried out by our dedicated teams. This includes Sports Direct Gym units and most recently, Flannels units.
Our most recent project for Sports Direct was in Thurrock which consisted of a 23 week build and an 18 week fit out within a busy retail park, Lakeside Thurrock, to form the following;

- Flannels
- GAME
The build project included stripping out an existing 4500m2 unit, ground stabilisation, piling, design and installation of a 1500m2 mezzanine, cladding, shopfronts and structural glazing’s as well as various external works for the three separate units. The fit out included staircases, lifts, escalators, full sprinkler installations, ceilings, flooring works and full M&E installations including data.
