Vale UK Limited have also completed a number of special projects for our clients.

During the Liverpool Riots in 2011, a Tesco Express in Myrtle Street was broken into, smashed up and burnt out as per the attached photographs. Vale UK Limited attended site that evening to secure the site and stop the water leaks. Vale UK Limited then carried out a full refit to the store and were able to have the store fully up and running again within two weeks.

Our most recent special project involved the construction of a self-contained timber frame pharmacy unit within a distribution centre. Currently the site was a Co-op Distribution Centre, fully operational 24 hours 7 days per week. The site was very busy both internally and externally with vehicle movements moving stock. The programme included the full build of the unit and then the fit out to include; flooring works, ceiling installations, M&E, fire alarms and data, sprinkler installation, air conditioning, signage and joinery installations. The project took a total of 6 weeks.
